Our research also unveiled the site’s existing keyword and content strategy was failing to satisfy user intent, only capturing audiences looking for information, not those who were considering their services and/or ready to purchase.

We dived into RingCentral’s website, optimising underperforming pages, content and meta-data with our new keyword strategy, ensuring we were capturing audiences that are looking beyond sourcing information but considering or are ready to purchase.
In parallel, using our AI proprietary tech, we mapped out multiple on-site user journeys in order to serve uber-targeted content. This pre-determine what the user would see based on their searches for RingCentral’s products.
Next, we put RingCentral in front of an audience of over 100 million unique visitors by securing content features in high-authority publications. On behalf of the client with also created on-going content partnerships with publications such as HubSpot, Big Commerce and Mail Chimp.
